Short version: your sleep is your business. Our tools keep what you enter on your own device, and we don't collect, sell, or share your sleep information.
Our sleep tools
The Sleep Diary, Evening Routine Planner, and Bedroom Comfort Checklist run entirely in your web browser. When you save an entry or check a box, it's stored in your browser's local storage on your device. It is not sent to us or to anyone else. We cannot see, recover, or delete it for you.
- You can delete diary entries one at a time, or all at once from the Backup & privacy tab.
- Clearing your browser's site data also removes them.
- Backup, CSV, and PDF files you download are saved to your device and are under your control.
Free downloads
Our free 7-Day Sleep Journal can be downloaded without an email address.
Information collected automatically
Our site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like most web hosts, Cloudflare processes basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We may use privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics to understand which pages are useful in aggregate. We do not use this information to identify you.
If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply. If we launch an email list, it will be opt-in, every message will include an unsubscribe link, and we'll update this policy first.
Links and third parties
We link to other websites, including government health sites and retailers. Some retail links are affiliate links (see our affiliate disclosure). When you leave our site, the other site's privacy policy applies. If we add advertising in the future, we will update this policy to describe any cookies or data it uses and your choices.
Children
Our site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We'll post any changes to this policy on this page with a new "last updated" date.
